This Privacy Policy explains how Peak Molding (“Peak Molding,” “Peak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit peakmolding.com (the “Site”) or send us a quote request.
Who we are
Peak Molding is a Utah-based United States sourcing and program-management partner for plastic injection molding and tooling. We do not run a shop. We place work with US shops. Peak quotes, tracks, and stays on the program. Shops do the steel and the shots.

For this Policy, Peak Molding is the party that decides why and how quote-form information is used (the controller of that information).
What we collect from the quote form
On Get a quote, we collect:
- Required: First name, Last name, Company, Email, Phone.
- Optional: project type, annual volume, material, target date/urgency, notes, and file uploads (STEP/STP, other accepted CAD, PDFs, images).
A hidden field on the form is a bot check only. If you email or call us, we collect what you give us. Phone calls are described under Phone calls below.
Shop intake form
On Become a Qualified Supplier, we collect company name, primary contact, work email, phone, main-plant city and state, states or regions served, shop type, press tonnage range, materials, what Peak should know, and optional details (second plants, tooling, certifications, industries, lead times, website, files). We use shop submissions to evaluate supplier fit. A shop submission is not an employment application and not an offer of work.
Phone calls
If you call (717) 748-4258, you may reach an automated voice assistant rather than a person. We say that at the start of the call. Calls to that line are recorded and transcribed so we can understand your project and follow up on a quote or other customer-service request. Audio and transcripts are processed by our voice-agent and call-recording provider. We keep them only as long as needed for quoting, follow-up, quality review, and ordinary business records, or for any shorter period our provider applies. We do not use call recordings or transcripts for advertising or marketing. Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may receive your IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested — to operate and protect the Site, not to build an advertising profile.
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. That is not advertising analytics.
We do not currently use Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use Google Ads conversion measurement (form submit and phone click) to know if ads led to a quote request.
How we use it
We use quote-form information to read and respond to your quote request; route specs to a US shop; communicate about the inquiry, quote, or program; keep ordinary business records; and protect against spam and abuse.
We use shop-intake information to evaluate whether a shop fits Peak’s network, to follow up on that review, and to keep ordinary business records.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade quote-form contacts as a mailing list. We use it for the inquiry you sent. We do not send unrelated marketing unless you ask or we have a lawful reason and say so at the time.
Who we share with
- Email delivery: submissions are emailed to [email protected] using Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., doing business as Resend), a processor.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile from Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile may use signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, site key, and origin, solely to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare states it cannot directly identify individuals from those signals, and Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit form entries. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy.
- Voice calls: audio and transcripts are processed by our voice-agent and call-recording provider so we can operate the phone line and follow up on quotes.
- US partner shops: we may share specs, drawings, and files so a US shop can quote. We do not post files.
- Hosting providers may process technical data to operate the Site.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect Peak Molding, our users, or others, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
- Business transfer: if Peak Molding is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice as required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
Files and drawings
Files and drawings you upload are confidential business information. We use them to quote, including sharing them with a US shop. We do not post them. We do not use them as marketing samples. Capability sheets and equipment lists uploaded on the shop intake form are used to evaluate supplier fit. We do not post them. Sending files is not a two-way NDA. If you need a signed NDA before drawings, email [email protected] before you upload. Do not upload files you do not have the right to share. See our Terms of Use.
Cookies and Turnstile
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token used for bot protection, not advertising. The Site may store a display preference (theme) on your device — not advertising. We do not currently use GA4.
The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Blocking cookies may stop the quote form from working. If that happens, email [email protected] or call (717) 748-4258 instead.
How long we keep it
We keep quote-form information as long as needed to evaluate and respond, continue a discussion or program, and keep ordinary records; then we delete it unless law, a dispute, or an audit requires us to keep it. We do not publish a fixed number of days.
Security
We use reasonable measures, including a bot check and an email provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not claim “bank-level” security. Do not upload what you are not willing to send by email.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we have, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We may keep what the law requires or what is needed for an ongoing quote, program, or dispute.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post a new version of this Policy on this page and change the effective date when we do.
